Return & Exchange Policy
✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags and protective coverings must be intact
- The product should be in resellable condition
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Mention your Order ID in the subject line
- Briefly describe the issue and attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
📦 Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only if the requested item is in stock. If the item is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- A suitable alternative
🚚 Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- In cases where we made a mistake, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge..
💳 Refunds as Store Credit Only
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for any future Artfaze purchase.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept:
- Used/damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items returned after 7 days
